Established in 2022, Fukku started as a Japanese Izakaya and now has evolved into a restaurant at our beautiful new home on Smith Street.
Japanese cuisine and culture respects its produce and ingredients more than any other we’ve experienced, it’s that attention to detail and simplicity that made all of us here at Fukku fall in love with it!
To create our dishes, we carefully source our ingredients from top Japanese merchants alongside local fresh suppliers to offer Japanese cuisine that heavily features local and UK produce wherever possible.
Using traditional preparation techniques our dishes are simple and authentic.
Our drinks menu features expertly paired wines and curated sakes to Japanese beers, whiskies and signature cocktails.
